Peterson came to the mission at the end of 2015 when he was 14 years old. His parents had both passed away and he was staying with relatives in Carries; he was often coming to the school and soup kitchen asking for food because he was always hungry. Whenever he saw Ms. Lynn in the community, he would follow her around and ask her for help. After several encounters with him, Ms. Lynn asked to speak to the individuals responsible for him. After speaking with him, he because living at our elderly home that evening because the Boy’s home had not yet started. When he came to us he did not have a birth certificate and had never been in school. He now has a birth certificate and has begun school in a special class to help him catch up. He would like his sponsor to pray for him to be able to finish school.
