Lubens came to Mission of Grace in 2013 when he was 2 years old. Lubens was an only child born to a very young mom and she was unable to take care of him. As he got older, she became more desperate because she was unable to provide the things that he needed. When he first came to us, he was very quiet and shy and did not start talking for quite a long time. It took some time for Lubens to feel comfortable and open up but eventually, he did and now he is a very fun-loving child. He enjoys school and loves playing soccer and is looking forward to beginning playing baseball.
