Junia came to us in the summer of 2017 right before she turned 17 years old. She is originally from the south of Haiti and her family is very poor. Her sister had been with us for over 5 years and was thriving in school and growing tremendously as a person. Her parents asked if Junia could come live in our girls home before she got pregnant or into other trouble. She loves school and is doing well- she always studies hard- and enjoys being with the other girls. Junia is very respectful and such a hard worker and we are so glad to have her here with us.
