Hope came with her twin sister Grace before their 6th month birthday. They are twins and they also have an older sister at the orphanage. The girls came to us with their father and grandmother after their mother passed away when they were 3 months old. The girls were all very malnourished. The dad said that since their mom had died he has not been able to find food and milk for them. The dad loved them very much but knew he was unable to take care of them and give them the future that they deserved They both were in an out of the hospital for treatments for malnourishment.

But they are doing much better each day.  Hope has grown into a beautiful little lady.  Full of spunk and character.  She doesn't smile easily but when she does she lights up the room.
