Our school Grace Community Christian School in Carries, has been shut down to gangs in the area and the shutdown f the country. We have about 500 students that have no been able to attend school in over a year and a half. Education is only hope for these students. Mission of Grace provides a free education for the village of Carries. The Students need, want and deserve the opportunity to go to school. Mission of Grace is in a financial struggle after having to move 200 kids to safety in Plaisance. We are asking for your help to raise the funds to open our school in October to have enough funds to keep it open for the 10 months. The amount to educate 500 students is $105,000 for the year school year. 

Grace Community Christian School exists to raise the next generation of Haitian leaders by pursuing excellence in academics, practical skills, integrity, and moral values. The goal is that each one will become a responsible Christian and productive citizen. Many of our students come from the mountains and have never had the opportunity to go to school before. Our school is free to the community, thanks to our generous sponsors. $210 US dollar a year pays for student's classes, textbooks, and supplies.
